ALL ABOUT KSSC ultimate

The high spirit and zero-contact league gives you an outlet to play hockey without the high cost of ice! If you’re looking for a truly awesome cardio experience this season with a focus on fun, then our leagues are for you! Games are played with official-size plastic hockey sticks and everyone’s favorite orange ball. Where possible, teams are split into divisions with other teams with alike caliber.

HIGHLIGHTS + LeAGUE DETAILS

Games are 55-minutes with rotating start times.
Games are played at various Kingston fields.
- KSSC does it’s best to balance all teams’ locations and timeslots, however; many factors including number of registrations, permit cancellations and facility changes can impact both location availability and timeslots.
Leagues begin the week of September 15^th and wrap up the week of December 4^th.
Rosters &Schedules will be available to registered players at least two (2) days prior to your first game.

Skill Division & Roster

Choose between recreation or intermediate skill divisions. All leagues are fun-focused.
Register as an individual and we’ll put you on a team with other individuals!
Mixed Gender Leagues: Teams must always play with a minimum of 2 men and 2 women on the field.
