KSSC floor hockey is all about energy, teamwork, and a fun-first league atmosphere. Whether you are joining solo, with friends, or as a full team, it is a great way to stay active, compete, and meet people.
Expect quick plays, friendly matchups, team spirit, and plenty of memorable moments.
League Highlights
- Choose the night you want to play, we offer leagues on Monday, Tuesday (recreational), and Wednesday (Intermediate) night.
- Games are 55-minutes with rotating start times.
- Games are played at Kingston Gospel Temple

Skill Division & Roster
- Choose between recreation or intermediate skill divisions. All leagues are fun-focused.
- Individual registrants will be placed on teams by KSSC.
- Register solo, with friends, or as a full team.
- All leagues are mixed gender and teams can play with a maximum of 2 people of any gender on the court. The goaltender position is gender neutral.
Rules & Equipment
- Players should wear comfortable athletic clothing and clean indoor running shoes.
- Players are encouraged to bring their own stick when needed.
- KSSC staff take care of the league structure, schedules, and setup.
