For those looking to get that cardio time in without feeling like you’re working out, basketball is your weekly answer!

 

Not only do we love the health benefits the chance to get out with teammates and fellow basketball players can be a highlight of your week! 

 

Basketball is a well-loved KSSC sport.  We play 4-on-4 basketball in a fun, high-energy and fast-paced setting every week – emphasis on FUN!  Players need to bring their sneakers and a team ball and KSSC will take care of the rest!

Fall 2022 Basketball runs on Monday & Wednesday nights are various locations. We offer two different skill levels, Recreation & Intermediate. These leagues are mixed gender and teams are required to have a minimum of 2 men and 2 women on the court at all times.

 

Start in September and play 12 games this season (10 regular season + 2 playoff games).  Full details on dates and times can be found in the league listing below.

 

Rosters & Schedules will be available to registered players at least two (2) days prior to your first session.
