Being 45 or over doesn’t mean you have to be "over sports". The Kingston Sport & Social Club’s Masters League is for people aged 45 and over. Stay in the game and play with (and against) people your own age. There are only two requirements - have fun and 80% of your team must be 45 years or older to participate.
After your game, meet up with your teammates and other players to enjoy exclusive food and drink specials at one of the KSSC's many sponsor bars and restaurants! Afterall, isn't the social part why we're all here?

This Masters League is mixed gender and teams are required to have a minimum of 2 men and 2 women on the court at all times.

SUMMER 2023 ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
# OF GAMES: 16 games (14 regular season games + 2 playoff games)
GAME TIMES: Start times are allocated between 6:00pm and 7:00pm. KSSC makes every effort to ensure teams receive a mix of game times and locations (where applicable).
BYE DATES: There are no bye dates.
SCHEDULE: Schedules will be posted online 2 days before your league is set to start.
TEAM ROSTERS: Team Rosters for players who registered individually will be posted for most sports on or before May 2nd. Captains who registered as a full team, must have rosters updated (all players added to your roster) prior to your first game.
